Build and own infrastructure-grade project financial models, maintain cost-of-capital and pricing/CAPEX trajectories, and support live offtake and financing negotiations. Model blended capital stacks including government and development finance instruments, maintain deal-economics as the single source of truth, build partner data rooms, support pipeline reporting, and translate economic terms with legal and external advisors. Provide quantitative research and pricing analyses for global markets and present deal-level metrics to executives and counterparties.

Responsible for planning and executing complex integration and test campaigns for subsea energy hardware, collaborating across teams to ensure reliable field deployments and operational readiness.

Design and own subsea power conversion and distribution systems from concept to offshore deployment. Responsibilities include topology selection, magnetics and high-power PCBA design, layout and EMI/thermal control, protection strategy, lab bring-up, validation testing, failure analysis, production release, and cross-functional integration with mechanical, controls, and offshore teams.

Own the general ledger and audit readiness, review monthly close produced by an outsourced firm, run balance sheet reconciliations, manage accounting policies and CFO/board reporting, support payroll and vendor setup, lead NetSuite migration and consolidation, and prepare controls for audits, investors, and lenders.

Assemble, plumb, instrument, and test complex mechanical and fluid systems to create pressure-tight, leak-free, instrumented hardware. Perform tubing/piping integration, install sensors, execute pressure and leak testing, support system bring-up and debugging, document builds and ensure safe repeatable processes to meet aggressive hardware milestones.

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain electrical systems for subsea geothermal power plants, focusing on high-quality harnesses and debugging.

Build and maintain test infrastructure for subsea geothermal systems: design HITL/SITL simulations, automated test frameworks, DAQ/PLC/VFD integration, data acquisition and visualization, and hands-on lab validation. Partner with cross-disciplinary engineers to scale test systems from component rigs to full system validation and help shape the growing test infrastructure team.

Design and build telemetry, data pipelines, and operational software to run subsea geothermal power plants; select/integrate PLM/ERP/MES and procurement systems; write production code, set engineering standards, and partner with hardware, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams to scale deployments.
