Responsible for planning and executing complex integration and test campaigns for subsea energy hardware, collaborating across teams to ensure reliable field deployments and operational readiness.

Lead Endurance's commercial strategy and deal execution across the Pacific: secure offtake and partnership agreements, build a world-class commercial team, develop bankability frameworks, manage pipeline and contract structures, and collaborate with policy, engineering, and operations to scale multi-gigawatt subsea geothermal projects.

Design and own subsea power conversion and distribution systems from concept to offshore deployment. Responsibilities include topology selection, magnetics and high-power PCBA design, layout and EMI/thermal control, protection strategy, lab bring-up, validation testing, failure analysis, production release, and cross-functional integration with mechanical, controls, and offshore teams.
