Expedite order-to-cash by reviewing and entering sales orders, responding to customer inquiries, updating order status, coordinating with planning/production, preparing invoices and reports, maintaining records per ISO, and using company systems to ensure timely shipments and customer satisfaction.

Set up and operate CNC machines, build fixtures, edit programs, and machine parts to drawings. Perform quality and tooling checks, record QA documentation, assist training and final inspections, and maintain safe, organized workspace to meet production and non-conformance targets.

Lead and manage software and firmware development teams for SCADA and automation solutions in oilfield production, focusing on AI/ML integration and compliance.

Oversee daily operations of a plant department: plan production schedules, enforce safety/quality standards, manage budgets and inventory, supervise and develop staff, implement preventive maintenance, and apply Lean/5S/Six Sigma to improve efficiency and meet production goals.

The Gas Lift Product Engineering Manager will lead the development of gas lift technologies, improve product reliability, and optimize manufacturing processes while mentoring the engineering team.

Perform various testing and troubleshooting tasks on ESP motors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines. Assist in training new hires and maintain equipment and work areas.

The Business Development Manager drives new revenue streams by identifying new clients, preparing sales plans, and managing key accounts.

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses across departments. Prepare monthly rolling forecasts, pricing, headcount/compensation, COGS, inventory analyses, and reports. Build models and automated reports using Excel and BI tools. Collaborate with senior management and support budget preparation and departmental requests.

Provide front-desk and clerical support for a local site: greet visitors, answer phones, schedule meetings, handle travel/expenses, maintain supplies and office equipment, create/modify documents, perform filing/mail tasks, and follow EHS and export control policies.

Sell sucker rods, pump shop service contracts, and related products by prospecting new clients and markets, generating leads at trade shows, managing key accounts, preparing sales forecasts and variance analysis, coordinating with marketing, resolving service issues, and ensuring safety and export-control compliance.

Set up and operate 2/3-axis lathes and 4-axis mills, edit CNC programs, troubleshoot, inspect parts with precision tools, maintain machines, train operators, follow safety/environment rules. Requires 3–5 years CNC experience with Fanuc or Mazatrol controls; HS diploma or GED (certificate preferred); must pass drug test and background check.

Develop and execute marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for the Artificial Lift portfolio. Translate technical capabilities into customer-focused messaging, lead product launches, create content and campaigns, manage digital marketing and CRM/automation, coordinate events and trade shows, support sales enablement and lead generation, and measure campaign performance to drive market adoption and revenue.
