Designs, implements, and optimizes electric submersible pump systems for oil and gas production. Analyzes well and system performance data, adjusts design parameters, troubleshoots failures, supports field operations, and recommends improvements to customers. Leads and mentors engineering teams and trains junior engineers on ESP design and operations. The role requires field-site mobility, driving, physical work, safety compliance, and occasional travel.

Sell sucker rods, pump shop service contracts, and related products by prospecting new clients and markets, generating leads at trade shows, managing key accounts, preparing sales forecasts and variance analysis, coordinating with marketing, resolving service issues, and ensuring safety and export-control compliance.

Support the DIFA process for Electric Submersible Pump systems by performing teardown, inspection, and failure analysis to improve reliability.

Set up and operate 2/3-axis lathes and 4-axis mills, edit CNC programs, troubleshoot, inspect parts with precision tools, maintain machines, train operators, follow safety/environment rules. Requires 3–5 years CNC experience with Fanuc or Mazatrol controls; HS diploma or GED (certificate preferred); must pass drug test and background check.

Enter and review sales orders, respond to customer inquiries about pricing and delivery, amend and expedite orders, coordinate with planning and sales teams, prepare invoices/reports, maintain customer records and ISO compliance, and follow EHS and export control policies.

Performs spooling and banding of capillary tubing on oilfield rigs, maintains service truck and DOT compliance, conducts field testing and inspections, assists rig operations, and supports customers during installs and pulls.

The CNC Machinist will operate 2 and 3-axis lathes and 4-axis mills, edit CNC programs, inspect finished products, and maintain high safety standards.

Set up and operate CNC machines, build fixtures, edit programs, and machine parts to drawings. Perform quality and tooling checks, record QA documentation, assist training and final inspections, and maintain safe, organized workspace to meet production and non-conformance targets.

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses across departments. Prepare monthly rolling forecasts, pricing, headcount/compensation, COGS, inventory analyses, and reports. Build models and automated reports using Excel and BI tools. Collaborate with senior management and support budget preparation and departmental requests.
