Lead and scale Endless Creator Clubs across founding college campuses: be onsite to support and fix club operations, recruit and coach campus leaders, run two flagship events, manage a part-time team, build the recruitment engine and budget, and represent the program to universities and partners.

The Head of Product will develop a global game-making community platform, focusing on multi-stakeholder needs, platform strategy, and community growth. Responsibilities include driving product leadership, engaging users for development, and creating systems that measure activation, retention, and contribution, while ensuring seamless integration of community features and capabilities.
