Lead engineering delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management: approve technical designs, enforce code-review standards, oversee X++ development, integrations, SSRS and Electronic Reporting, mentor and hire engineers, manage production support, backlog and release planning, and drive engineering quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Lead delivery across multiple workstreams for enterprise Dynamics 365 ecosystems. Manage sprint execution in Azure DevOps, stakeholder communication, release planning, risk management, integrations, QA/UAT, and cross-team coordination to ensure on-time production deliveries.

Lead functional D365 Finance workstreams from discovery through validation and stabilization. Design finance processes and configurations, prepare functional design documentation, define integrations and data migration requirements, drive QA/UAT and go-live readiness, and mentor junior consultants while coordinating cross-functional delivery.

Lead functional solution design for end-to-end D365 Supply Chain and Manufacturing implementations. Drive fit/gap decisions, create solution blueprints, govern FDD quality, mentor consulting teams, and ensure integration, data, reporting, and security alignment through discovery, build, UAT, go-live, and stabilization.
