Manage Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM projects from implementation through support, maintenance, customization, upgrades, and close-out. Oversee budgets, resources, billing, scope, risks, documentation, and client communications. Lead consultants and client resources, ensure timely delivery and satisfaction, support change management, and help develop project opportunities with existing clients. Prepare estimates, proposals, Statements of Work, and change requests while mentoring project teams.

Define and lead architecture for complex Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. Conduct technical workshops, guide CRM development, integrations, portals, data migration, deployment, and Azure DevOps CI/CD. Create architecture documentation, ensure scalability and security, communicate with nontechnical stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and support implementation activities. Maintain expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies and contribute to enterprise reporting and analytics.

Lead pre-sales discovery, design end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions, conduct fit-gap analysis, deliver demos/workshops, support RFPs and proposals, and align sales with delivery for successful ERP engagements.
