Lead discovery, design, and full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Manage configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support; advise clients in pre-sales, troubleshoot functionality, and collaborate with developers and PMs to deliver scalable solutions.
