Manage and shape Endeavor’s new Chicago office, ensuring employees and visitors have a welcoming, well-organized experience. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, preparing laptops and workspaces, supporting new hires and candidates, selecting vendors, establishing office processes, and handling sensitive information discreetly. The role requires strong organization, warmth, follow-through, initiative, and comfort creating systems from scratch.

Lead client engagements from kickoff through expansion, run executive steercos and QBRs, align stakeholders, build ROI cases, and partner with engineers to prioritize and deliver AI-driven outcomes that grow accounts.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and build core systems, tackle complex problems, set technical standards, and scale systems to support product growth.

The Staff Software Engineer will optimize applications, improve code quality, design database schemas, and address performance issues independently.

Customer-facing product role owning relationships from first conversation through deployment and expansion. Run working sessions with finance and operations leaders, map product to processes, translate AI/technical concepts into business terms, and feed field insights into the product roadmap. Frequent travel to customer sites is required.

Work onsite with customers to rapidly understand problems, architect and implement AI-driven solutions, own end-to-end delivery in small agile teams, and travel as needed to deploy and validate systems.
