Manage and shape Endeavor’s new Chicago office, ensuring employees and visitors have a welcoming, well-organized experience. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, preparing laptops and workspaces, supporting new hires and candidates, selecting vendors, establishing office processes, and handling sensitive information discreetly. The role requires strong organization, warmth, follow-through, initiative, and comfort creating systems from scratch.

Lead client engagements from kickoff through expansion, run executive steercos and QBRs, align stakeholders, build ROI cases, and partner with engineers to prioritize and deliver AI-driven outcomes that grow accounts.
