Supports financial reporting and controls through balance sheet and bank reconciliations, cash reporting, accruals, prepayments, month-end activities, audit preparation, and budgeting and forecasting. Investigates discrepancies, collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues, maintains process documentation, and helps implement finance process improvements. The role also supports management accounts preparation and ad hoc business initiatives.

Lead and develop a logistics team to meet productivity, quality and service targets. Manage day-to-day operations, coach and performance-manage colleagues, implement 5S and continuous improvement, produce and present operational performance data, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Own reliability, performance, security and lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O. Manage LCS environments, upgrades, CI/CD and X++ build automation, integrations, monitoring, access governance, incident response, and platform cost/storage optimisation while supporting releases and developer environments.

Prepare accurate management accounts, perform complex balance sheet reconciliations, post accruals/prepayments, produce departmental MI and analysis, support budgeting/reforecasts, identify process improvements and automation, coach junior staff, and support ad hoc reporting and projects to inform financial decision-making.

Provide L2/L3 functional support and administration for D365 F&O, Shopify and Power Platform integrations. Manage incidents, changes, UAT and deployments, troubleshoot data and interface issues, maintain documentation, run workshops, translate business needs into specifications, and support enhancements, DR and CI/CD deployments to ensure stable, performant enterprise applications.
