Own operational reliability, security, and performance of a Shopify Plus ecommerce platform and integrations (Patchworks ↔ D365). Maintain vendor CI/CD pipelines, observability, incident & problem management, SLOs, data reconciliation, D365 environment and upgrade support, access governance, and peak/trading readiness.
