Investigates discrepancies, collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues, maintains process documentation, and helps implement finance process improvements. The role also supports management accounts preparation and ad hoc business initiatives.

Lead and develop a logistics team to meet productivity, quality and service targets. Manage day-to-day operations, coach and performance-manage colleagues, implement 5S and continuous improvement, produce and present operational performance data, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Own reliability, performance, security and lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O. Manage LCS environments, upgrades, CI/CD and X++ build automation, integrations, monitoring, access governance, incident response, and platform cost/storage optimisation while supporting releases and developer environments.
