Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative and operational support for youth services programs: process referrals, maintain client records and data systems, coordinate meetings/events, manage office tasks, support billing entry, outreach, and vendor liaison duties. Position is full-time, primarily Watsonville-based, with occasional evenings and travel to Santa Cruz.

The Independent Living Program Case Manager provides care coordination, counseling, case management, and life skills workshops to support youth aged 15-25 transitioning to adulthood.

The Peer House Leader will provide support and model recovery for participants, oversee daily activities, and handle emergencies in the residence.

Provide trauma-informed, peer-based mentorship and advocacy for adults in outpatient/medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorder. Deliver in-office and community services, assist with system navigation, outreach, and linkages, collaborate with clinical teams, maintain documentation in a HIPAA-compliant EHR, and complete Medi-Cal Peer Specialist certification and required trainings.

The Families Together Program Manager oversees program activities, manages budgets, leads a team, and collaborates with funding partners to ensure quality service delivery and positive outcomes for families.
