The Peer House Leader will provide support and model recovery for participants, oversee daily activities, and handle emergencies in the residence.

Provides overnight skilled nursing care to residents in a substance use disorder residential treatment program. Responsibilities include health assessments, medication support and monitoring, intake and discharge assistance, vital signs, infection control, resident education, MAT coordination, referrals, crisis recognition, documentation, and communication with healthcare providers. The LVN also facilitates health groups, supports medication training, coordinates prescriptions and appointments, and promotes continuity of care.

The Families Together Program Manager oversees program activities, manages budgets, leads a team, and collaborates with funding partners to ensure quality service delivery and positive outcomes for families.
