Provide first-line IT support: create and document tickets, triage and troubleshoot incidents, escalate when needed, monitor and communicate incident progress, close incidents, and follow Service Desk policies and shift schedules. Field user communications and perform other duties as assigned.

Design and document cloud architecture for Azure (Gov/DoD) migrations, lead technical requirements sessions, troubleshoot Windows/server/network issues, recommend security and scalability improvements, contribute to automation, and manage multiple customer application migrations.

Manage and maintain enterprise backup environments using Veritas NetBackup across Windows, Solaris, and RHEL. Install, configure, monitor backup jobs, perform DR scenarios, maintain backup policies and hardware (tape/disk), troubleshoot performance, document procedures, follow ITIL change management, and participate in 24/7 on-call support.

Senior Windows Administrator responsible for MECM/OSD, PowerShell automation, Windows Server and SQL support, patching/monitoring (SolarWinds), reporting, security compliance (DoD STIG/IAVM), SOPs, and mentoring. Requires Active Secret clearance and CompTIA Security+.

Manage, maintain, deploy, troubleshoot and support physical and virtual servers across customer environments. Implement new hardware/software, develop procedures, monitor environments and respond to time-critical incidents. Maintain documentation and apply security hardening and OS security best practices.

Provide web and application administration for Azure (Gov/DoD) customers: design cloud-native architectures, build/deploy infrastructure, sustain and harden web/app tiers, manage certificates, collaborate on deployments, troubleshoot, and recommend security and performance improvements.
