Deliver hands-on technical training and qualification for field technicians across regions. Support onboarding, validate proficiency using qualification tools, maintain digital training records, analyze training data, run train-the-trainer sessions, and coordinate with HR and operations to implement scalable technician training programs.

The Senior SCADA Engineer will design and manage SCADA systems for distributed energy assets, ensuring reliability and compliance while leading technical projects.
