Provides administrative and operational support for supplier onboarding, vendor record maintenance, compliance documentation, contracts, purchase agreements, and procurement files. Coordinates with suppliers and internal teams, tracks documentation and procurement activities, resolves discrepancies, prepares reports, monitors vendor performance, and supports process improvements. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Manage multiple cross-functional IT projects from initiation through closeout across infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, enterprise applications, and data platforms. Own project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, vendors, governance, reporting, and operational transitions. Coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitate meetings and steering committees, resolve obstacles, and ensure projects meet security, architecture, change management, and readiness standards.

Perform electrical design and drafting for microgrid EPC projects: produce one-lines, layouts, MTOs, installation details, and 2D drawings using company standards, collaborating with engineers and completing deliverables on schedule under senior supervision.
