Designs and executes functional, system, regression, UI, backend, API, and automated tests for product features and bug fixes. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, prioritizing testing, reporting and triaging defects, maintaining test cases and data, providing progress updates, collaborating in Agile ceremonies, improving test coverage and processes, and mentoring new QA engineers. The role may also involve test environment management, database manipulation, and test automation.

Lead definition, implementation, and delivery of complex, cross-functional ERP projects. Manage scope, schedule, budgets, stakeholder communication, resource onboarding, timesheets, billing, reporting, and project governance. Provide functional consultancy and ensure use of Flintfox/Dynamics methodologies, tools, and templates.
