Lead design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI solutions focused on generative AI and NLP for healthcare. Own model lifecycle, build LLM/RAG workflows, work with clinical and operational data, ensure RAI/compliance, and mentor data science teams while partnering with product, engineering, clinical, and compliance stakeholders.

Lead development of end-to-end NLP and Generative AI solutions including text classification, summarization, RAG systems, conversational AI, and document intelligence. Build and fine-tune transformer-based LLMs, design embeddings and semantic search, deploy models with MLOps (Azure preferred), monitor performance, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.

Lead a data science team to design, build, and deploy ML models and scalable PySpark data pipelines on Azure. Oversee feature engineering, model lifecycle, monitoring, performance tuning, MLOps/CI-CD, and translate business needs into analytical solutions while presenting results to stakeholders.

The Client Sales Executive will develop strategies to acquire new clients, build relationships, present data solutions, negotiate contracts, and track sales performance.

Design, develop, and modernize enterprise-scale Azure data platforms. Lead solution architecture, refactor and optimize PySpark/Databricks pipelines, implement ETL/ELT and lakehouse/warehousing solutions, ensure performance, data quality, governance, and mentor junior engineers.
