Call on existing and new customers, builders, designers, and contractors across an assigned territory to drive sales, grow accounts, prospect new business, maintain displays/merchandising samples, promote products, provide prompt customer service, track market/competition, and represent the company at trade events. Role requires independent territory management and achieving sales goals with variable compensation.

Drive contractor business and branch sales through customer-facing service, expert product knowledge, account management, sample support, merchandising, and partnership with branch management to meet sales goals.

Manage and mentor branch-based outside sales reps to grow Retail/Trade product sales within a region. Set goals, develop pricing and account strategies, build key dealer relationships, train sales staff, coordinate with branch, marketing, product planning, and national account teams, and monitor performance to meet revenue and margin objectives. Travel required.
