Drives contractor sales and manages branch account activity while providing knowledgeable, responsive customer service. Builds relationships, identifies customer needs, explains products and brand differentiation, develops sales plans, and prioritizes opportunities. Supports counter sales, samples, displays, merchandising standards, sales meetings, inventory activities, and customer appointments. The role requires product expertise, sales reporting, basic inventory math, physical handling of products and samples, and occasional driving.

Develops new and existing customer accounts across an assigned territory, builds relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and other decision-makers, promotes products, processes orders, maintains displays, attends industry events, monitors market competition, and achieves sales goals through consultative and collaborative selling.
