Maintains, repairs, installs, calibrates, and troubleshoots medical and biomedical equipment. Documents service activities, interprets schematics and manuals, manages work orders, spare parts, back orders, and shipping needs, and supports customers through equipment instruction. Requires electronics, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, software-interface, regulatory, and biomedical knowledge. The role involves substantial standing, walking, kneeling, tool use, lifting, and occasional nationwide overnight and weekend travel.

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repairs on biomedical and scientific equipment. Use diagnostic and test tools, interpret schematics, document service activity in Microsoft-based systems, manage service work orders, and occasionally travel to customer sites.

Traveling critical care RN who teaches clinicians to use and configure patient monitoring systems, provides in‑services and on‑site support during installations/upgrades, collects customer feedback, and travels nationally on per‑diem assignments with a six‑month orientation program and benefits for eligible educators.
