Manages documentation, workflow, timelines, customer communications, internal dependencies, vendors, quality control, risk escalation, and post-implementation follow-up. Serves as the central liaison among customers, sales, commercial banking, operations, and technical teams while identifying process improvements and ensuring smooth transitions to ongoing client service.

Supports Wealth Management operations through account opening and maintenance, transfers, distributions, tax-related requests, recordkeeping, reconciliations, client service, workflow improvement, compliance controls, audit support, and coordination with advisors, trust operations, vendors, and internal teams.

Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, threat detection, incident response, identity and access management, data loss prevention, vendor security due diligence, and complex tier 3 security support. The role also leads security investigations, remediation, root cause analysis, policy development, control testing, and implementation of security solutions while maintaining documentation and communicating risks to leadership.

Develop and mature the bank’s technology compliance, information security governance, incident and problem management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and change management programs. Ensure alignment with banking regulations and security frameworks, coordinate audits and regulatory exams, oversee vendor and fintech governance, facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings, analyze operational risks, and lead technology projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Lead underwriting, financial analysis, and portfolio management for commercial loan relationships. Structure complex credits, monitor risk ratings, drive renewals and reviews, mentor junior staff, cultivate client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to policy and process improvements to align credit decisions with bank strategy.
