Leads bank transaction processing operations across ACH, wires, checks, deposits, real-time payments, reconciliations, settlements, returns, disputes, and exceptions. Manages controls, compliance, fraud risk, audits, vendor relationships, procedures, reporting, business continuity, and process improvements. Recruits, trains, coaches, and schedules staff while partnering with internal teams, financial institutions, vendors, and regulators to maintain accurate, timely, secure, and compliant service delivery.

Analyzes financial statements, cash flow projections, collateral, repayment capacity, and industry trends to assess commercial creditworthiness. Prepares credit recommendations, identifies credit risks, reviews real estate appraisals, and ensures compliance with bank policies and applicable laws. The role collaborates with banking teams, customers, vendors, and associates while supporting loan portfolio growth.

Provide treasury product support and process administration for commercial clients: setup, training, reconciliation, reporting, exception handling, and cross-department process improvements. Serve as technical resource and assist treasury sales and client inquiries.
