Analyzes financial statements, cash flow projections, collateral, repayment capacity, and industry trends to assess commercial creditworthiness. Prepares credit recommendations, identifies credit risks, reviews real estate appraisals, and ensures compliance with bank policies and applicable laws. The role collaborates with banking teams, customers, vendors, and associates while supporting loan portfolio growth.

Provide treasury product support and process administration for commercial clients: setup, training, reconciliation, reporting, exception handling, and cross-department process improvements. Serve as technical resource and assist treasury sales and client inquiries.

Leads enterprise software engineering enablement, AI and innovation strategy, and large-scale technology transformation. Drives adoption of modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, automation, AI solutions, governance, and modernization initiatives. Advises executives, establishes technology standards and transformation frameworks, partners across business and technology teams, manages strategic vendors, and builds high-performing engineering organizations.
