Manage statewide paid relational organizing programs by recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervising large cohorts of Community Mobilizers. Conduct large-scale and one-on-one trainings, ensure timely data entry and reporting, meet daily outreach benchmarks, verify compensation eligibility, collect program feedback and materials, and maintain participant accountability and a positive work environment.

Lead creation, scheduling, and management of Calls to Action across up to 22 states; coordinate with state and national partners; manage payments and analytics support; hire and supervise deputies; ensure accuracy, timing, and clarity for mobilizers; adapt programming to rapid-response needs.

Lead and manage paid relational organizing programs: supervise and hire organizing staff, run trainings, ensure timely data entry, hold regular 1:1s and team meetings, monitor performance and recruitment pipelines, collect feedback to improve materials, and share best practices with Empower Project leadership.
