Teams at Empower Project

Manage statewide paid relational organizing programs by recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervising large cohorts of Community Mobilizers. Conduct large-scale and one-on-one trainings, ensure timely data entry and reporting, meet daily outreach benchmarks, verify compensation eligibility, collect program feedback and materials, and maintain participant accountability and a positive work environment.

Manage development operations and donor stewardship, staff the President, draft donor correspondence and briefings, prepare proposals and impact presentations, maintain CRM tracking, support fundraising trips and events, and coordinate cross-functionally to execute fundraising and communications efforts for 2026–2027.

Manage data projects to recruit and monitor Community Mobilizers for 2026 programs: clean and analyze data, maintain dashboards and reports, work with voter file and targets, support analytics engineering, and collaborate across teams to track recruitment pipeline and program metrics.
