Provide overnight, weekend, and holiday respite foster care for children and young people. Foster carers offer a safe, stable, nurturing home, advocate for children, support their development, and collaborate with professionals and fostering families. The role includes comprehensive training, ongoing support, 24/7 assistance, and work on a self-employed basis from home.

Complete high-quality, evidence-based Form F assessments for prospective foster carers and undertake other social work investigations. Produce and present thorough, holistic analytical reports, apply childcare legislation, attend panels where required, and work independently across the South West. The role requires professional registration, indemnity insurance, personal transport, statutory checks, and willingness to travel.

Supports management accounts for eight group entities, including journal posting, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, fixed asset registers, payroll activities, financial reporting, budget variance monitoring, and ad hoc analysis. The role also maintains accurate financial records, contributes to finance projects and process improvements, and provides insights to support business decisions while studying toward a professional accounting qualification.
