Oversee defect tracking, root-cause analysis, reporting, mentorship, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

Investigate and resolve complex L3 technical issues across Java backend and React frontend systems. Maintain platform stability, analyze root causes, implement long-term fixes, and optimize performance. Support production incidents, improve monitoring and AI-assisted troubleshooting workflows, document solutions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. The role requires experience with distributed systems, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and full-stack debugging, plus Polish and English communication skills.

Build scalable full-stack commerce features using React and TypeScript on the frontend and Java microservices on the backend. Develop secure APIs, integrate business workflows, create accessible interfaces from Figma and design systems, optimize performance, and maintain functional, integration, and end-to-end test coverage. Use AI coding tools and help implement AI-driven platform capabilities while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
