Provide job placement and retention services for customers with disabilities: develop individualized employment plans, source OJT opportunities, coach applicants and supervise job coaches. Maintain documentation, coordinate with vocational counselors, transport clients, and support employer relationships to ensure successful employment and retention.

Coordinate the Project SEARCH program delivering classroom training and three hospital internships for transition-aged youth with disabilities. Manage candidate selection, stakeholder communication, internship development, job coaching, accommodations, billing with vocational rehabilitation, and employer/community relationships to secure competitive employment outcomes.

Create and implement individualized employment plans, find on-the-job training and placements, supervise and train job coaches, assist customers with applications, resumes, interview prep, maintain weekly contact and documentation, provide transportation and retention support, liaise with vocational rehabilitation counselors, and solve employer or placement issues.
