Creates and implements employment plans for customers with disabilities, identifies suitable job and on-the-job training opportunities, and supports applications, interviews, placement, and job retention. Builds employer relationships, coordinates with vocational rehabilitation counselors, supervises job coaches, documents customer progress, and provides transportation as needed. The role requires local community travel, customer communication, and employment coaching.
