Create static and animated digital ad creatives, landing page graphics, banners, pitch decks, sales collateral, event/trade show materials, and motion/video content. Collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership, and web teams to ensure brand consistency, optimize assets for multi-channel distribution, and produce production-ready files for digital and print while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Serve as the virtual front desk and primary contact for US candidates, employees, and stakeholders. Manage inbound communications, candidate support, interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, recordkeeping in ATS/HRIS/CRM, and employee experience initiatives while collaborating with recruiting, HR, and operations to ensure timely, professional service.

Produce short- and long-form video content and motion graphics for social and marketing campaigns. Collaborate across teams to storyboard, edit, animate, and optimize videos, manage assets, support podcast video production, and maintain brand consistency while meeting deadlines.

Develop and execute content and social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and emerging platforms. Create, edit, and repurpose written and visual assets, manage community engagement, monitor sentiment, optimize for SEO and algorithms, report on performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand awareness, lead generation, recruiting, and campaigns.

Drive net-new logo acquisition in the US staffing market via high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn). Build qualified pipelines, generate meetings with hiring managers/procurement/executives, collaborate with recruiting/delivery teams, maintain CRM activity, and meet or exceed revenue and business development targets.
