Lead strategy and delivery of AI-powered capabilities across Employ's recruiting platforms. Define product vision, prioritize roadmap, partner with engineering, design, and data science, ensure responsible AI practices, measure product success, and drive adoption to improve recruiter productivity and customer outcomes.

Own a strategic Mid-Market territory and drive new-business and expansion revenue through account strategy, consultative selling, executive engagement, and complex deal execution. Responsibilities include territory planning, pipeline generation, forecasting, multi-threaded stakeholder management, value-based discovery, business-case development, procurement navigation, CRM discipline, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role also mentors peers, raises sales standards, and partners cross-functionally to improve win rates and deal velocity.

Build and operate reliable, scalable production systems through infrastructure automation, observability, incident response, and software engineering. Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Ansible, manage Kubernetes and CI/CD platforms, establish SLIs and SLOs, improve application reliability, reduce operational toil, and collaborate with engineering and security teams on compliance, troubleshooting, performance, and disaster recovery.

Lead the architecture and delivery of AI-powered systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration of AI capabilities into production systems.
