Lead strategy and delivery of AI-powered capabilities across Employ's recruiting platforms. Define product vision, prioritize roadmap, partner with engineering, design, and data science, ensure responsible AI practices, measure product success, and drive adoption to improve recruiter productivity and customer outcomes.

Provide Tier 1 People Operations support across the employee lifecycle, administering onboarding/preboarding, benefits, leaves, compensation, HRIS transactions, and helpdesk case management. Maintain HR data and documentation, support self-service adoption, Talent Acquisition Operations, and employee engagement. Identify process improvements and cross-train across People Operations and Total Rewards areas.

Manage and execute integrated demand generation programs across channels and partners. Lead campaign project plans, virtual events/webinars, partner co-marketing, sales enablement, and measurement to drive leads and pipeline. Coordinate cross-functional contributors, track performance, optimize programs, and support ABM, product launches, and in-person events.

Lead the architecture and delivery of AI-powered systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and integration of AI capabilities into production systems.
