Design, develop, implement, and sustain OneStream financial management solutions. Lead cube design, dimension strategy, business rules, data integration, platform governance, and technical standards. Translate financial and client requirements into technical designs while supporting reporting, planning, budget execution, data quality, and process improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance throughout solution implementation and sustainment.

Develop and maintain OneStream applications using .NET for federal financial management, reporting, planning, and budget execution. Build business rules, data management solutions, workflows, and integrations with financial systems. Translate business requirements into technical designs, support testing and deployment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with finance stakeholders and technical teams. The role requires strong .NET, VB.NET, SQL, data modeling, and financial systems experience, along with eligibility to obtain a federal security clearance.

Leads an enterprise finance transformation program involving financial system modernization, legacy-system migration, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and stabilization. Manages program documentation, schedules, dashboards, risks, defects, stakeholder communications, business process reengineering, change management, and decision support. Coordinates technical teams, subject matter experts, leadership, and partners throughout the full lifecycle of a mission-critical financial systems initiative.
