Outside sales representative responsible for growing parts and service sales within an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships, schedules site visits, identifies equipment service opportunities, presents quotes, manages customer accounts, and sells cost-saving solutions. The role uses Caterpillar measuring tools and computer programs, monitors competition, supports customer satisfaction, and communicates market feedback internally. Candidates need sales ability, mechanical knowledge, customer service skills, a driver’s license, and at least three years of related experience.

Recruits specialized candidates through sourcing, networking, job boards, professional organizations, and recruitment events. Coordinates hiring from sourcing through onboarding, conducts interviews, recommends candidates, develops recruiting pipelines and plans, supports workforce planning, trains participants in recruiting processes, and maintains relationships with internal and external partners. The role requires employment-law knowledge, database management, confidentiality, strong communication, and up to 25% local travel.

Manages commercial engine projects from post-sale through completion, coordinating procurement, engineering, vendors, assembly, testing, delivery, installation, invoicing, and startup. Maintains project schedules, documentation, costs, profitability, customer submittals, purchase orders, service instructions, and as-built drawings. Requires knowledge of power-generation equipment, electrical and mechanical applications, and engineering drawings, with strong organization and communication skills. The role is onsite and requires travel throughout the company territory, including overnight stays when needed.

Develops low-code business applications using Power Apps, automates workflows with Power Automate, and creates solutions with Power BI. Gathers requirements, tests and debugs applications, provides user support and training, documents technical designs, and maintains existing solutions. The role also applies Microsoft governance, security, and data-compliance practices while integrating Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL databases, connectors, and APIs.
