Owns last-mile and reverse logistics performance across Southern Europe, managing delivery partners, returns, failed deliveries, refurbishment flows, capacity planning, forecasting, network design, and operational improvement. The role requires cross-functional coordination with S&OP, transportation, warehousing, and customer experience teams, along with partner governance, KPI management, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
