Lead and maintain cloud identity, Office 365 and Azure environments; manage endpoint lifecycle with Intune across Windows and Mac; automate operations via scripting (PowerShell); mentor junior sysadmins and drive cross-team IT projects and security/compliance best practices.

Lead end-to-end finance solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management and Business Central. Design scalable finance processes, guide configuration and implementations, establish governance for environments, testing, releases, and documentation, and coordinate technical and functional teams. Lead, coach, and develop Functional Managers while partnering with Finance, Product, and Engineering. Own the ERP roadmap, upgrades, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across global markets.

Develop and grow Emma’s German franchise network by generating qualified leads, managing internal and external stakeholders, assessing market expansion opportunities, creating strategic plans, negotiating franchise agreements, and supporting successful store launches. The role requires independent project ownership, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, fluency in German and English, and availability to travel.
