Owns Switzerland’s e-commerce sales performance from end to end, including P&L tracking, reporting, promotions, commercial calendars, campaign execution, growth initiatives, and competitive analysis. Coordinates cross-functional teams across marketing, categories, webshop, and operations while translating market and performance insights into actions that improve revenue, margin, and customer experience.

Lead and maintain cloud identity, Office 365 and Azure environments; manage endpoint lifecycle with Intune across Windows and Mac; automate operations via scripting (PowerShell); mentor junior sysadmins and drive cross-team IT projects and security/compliance best practices.

Lead end-to-end finance solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management and Business Central. Design scalable finance processes, guide configuration and implementations, establish governance for environments, testing, releases, and documentation, and coordinate technical and functional teams. Lead, coach, and develop Functional Managers while partnering with Finance, Product, and Engineering. Own the ERP roadmap, upgrades, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across global markets.
