Coordinate and schedule in-home care services, manage caregiver assignments and communication, maintain accurate care and scheduling records, assist with caregiver recruitment/training, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and address client or caregiver issues promptly to maintain quality and satisfaction.

Manage caregiver schedules and client requests, act as primary scheduling contact, resolve conflicts, maintain accurate records in scheduling software, collaborate to improve processes, and provide excellent service to clients and caregivers.

Manage personnel documentation, onboarding, payroll and benefits support for home care staff. Maintain licenses and compliance records, coordinate bilingual orientation, provide system support for HHAeXchange and Arla, respond to payroll/benefits inquiries, and collaborate with Compliance to ensure trainings and certifications are completed.
