Own and expand a business-critical Python platform by developing Flask backend services and REST APIs, implementing Celery and RabbitMQ asynchronous workflows, processing MongoDB data, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining automated tests and CI/CD pipelines. Design scalable architectures and configure low-code accelerator solutions, including data structures, workflows, portals, and visualizations. Maintain technical documentation, perform unit and end-to-end testing, collaborate with product, consulting, and QA teams, support customers, and contribute to governance and best-practice frameworks. The role requires strong communication, clear process documentation, problem-solving ability, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Supports bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, month-end close, statutory accounts, intercompany transactions, VAT compliance, audits, and accurate financial recordkeeping. The role requires accounting experience, progress toward a professional qualification, advanced Excel skills, strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent English in an international, multi-entity environment.

Supports commercial finance activities including pricing, margin analysis, forecasting, reporting, and contract terms. Partners with sales, operations, and legal teams to inform commercial decisions, review agreements, and ensure alignment with company policies. The role also develops expertise in intellectual property licensing and transfer pricing, with training provided.

Design and configure scalable low-code solutions, including data structures, workflows, portals, and visualizations. Maintain architecture documentation, perform unit and end-to-end testing, and collaborate with product, consulting, QA, customers, and other teams. Provide solution support, contribute to governance and best practices, and help optimize system flows and delivery quality.

Provides administrative and coordination support across finance, legal, and business operations. Maintains corporate records, supplier and contract documentation, coordinates meetings, processes invoices and expenses, responds to operational queries, and supports multiple teams and entities. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.

Own solution architecture for bids and delivery projects, including target architecture, integrations, non-functional requirements, estimates, risks, and technical RFP responses. Lead architecture decisions, reviews, code and quality gates; design cloud, on-premises, and legacy integrations; assess appropriate AI use; and present architectures to business, procurement, and technical stakeholders. Requires enterprise architecture experience, software engineering credibility, cloud and Kubernetes expertise, integration patterns, security fundamentals, and delivery discipline.
