As a Junior Full Stack Developer (Python & Angular) at Emergn you will work across both the Angular frontend and Python backend, building high-quality features alongside a cross-functional delivery team.

We want you to:
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to build high-quality software.
- Develop, test, and deploy features that meet defined acceptance criteria.
- Participate in task planning, estimation, and prioritisation.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Engage in pair programming to tackle complex problems.
- Contribute to continuous learning and team knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support incident response efforts in line with the Incident Response Policy.
This job might be for you if you have:
- 1 year of commercial experience in Python & Angular.
- Experience building modern web applications, including designing and building REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of Git & CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable working on the command line. A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, balancing technical considerations against customer demands for rapid feature delivery.
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks, using initiative to inform decisions, and asking for help when needed.
You might also have:
- Knowledge of modern Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with tools like NgRx, RxJS, or Ionic.
