Designs and operates OCI cloud and network infrastructure for the VA EHRM SISS program. Responsibilities include network architecture, secure OCI-to-on-premises connectivity, observability, logging, monitoring, telemetry, HL7/FHIR interface troubleshooting, Zero Trust and IAM controls, performance and resiliency improvements, documentation, go-live support, and collaboration with infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity, interface, and program teams.

Provides part-time remote administrative support across HR, finance, marketing, project management, and corporate operations. Responsibilities include maintaining documents and content calendars, coordinating meetings and events, supporting payroll and performance systems, processing expenses, generating reports, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Analyze systems, processes, data flows, and integration requirements across enterprise platforms. Assist with integration strategies, data exchange, APIs, middleware, documentation, troubleshooting, technical support, end-user training, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with IT, software development, project management, and operations teams in a remote environment.

Supports business development through market research, competitive analysis, government solicitation review, teaming-partner outreach, CRM and opportunity tracking, capability-statement development, market reporting, and meeting or event coordination. The intern collaborates with business development, capture, and technical teams while monitoring government procurement trends, agency activity, policy updates, and customer needs.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-agency cybersecurity and compliance program: plan and track work, coordinate testing and access, manage risks/issues, produce executive reporting, ensure evidence handling and public records compliance, and deliver audit-grade artifacts with knowledge transfer to government stakeholders.

Own quality control and integrity of cybersecurity reporting products: review deliverables and evidence for sufficiency and traceability, develop scoring models and compliance matrices, produce agency and enterprise roll-up reports, maintain document/version control and lessons-learned, translate technical test results into executive-level, audit-ready reports, and enforce project quality standards across multiple agencies.

Perform hands-on cybersecurity testing: vulnerability scanning, configuration and control validation, adversary simulation, log analysis, evidence collection, remediation verification, and assemble audit-ready workpapers while following written procedures and escalating anomalies.

Lead full-lifecycle federal capture efforts for VA, Air Force, and Navy opportunities ($10M+): identify and qualify opportunities, develop capture strategies and win themes, support proposal development, engage government stakeholders, perform competitive analysis, and coordinate cross-functional teams to secure federal IT contracts.
