Reviews payroll, personnel, accounting, and financial records to calculate policyholder premium liability; interprets classification codes, policy rules, and regulations; communicates results with agents and policyholders; resolves complex issues independently; and supports cross-functional collaboration, staff training, mentoring, and process improvements. The role is remote within Central or Northern California, includes occasional physical audits and overnight travel, and requires a valid driver’s license.

Manages Stars data and analytics operations, including projections, data management, vendor performance, IT collaboration, and reporting.
