Leads large, complex enterprise IT and strategic projects from planning through closeout. Manages teams, budgets, resources, risks, vendors, communications, governance, and executive reporting. Supports portfolio intake, PMO maturity, Agile adoption, benefit realization, and troubled-project recovery. Mentors project managers and business analysts, administers the enterprise project portfolio management solution, and contributes to corporate strategy implementation.

Defends litigated workers’ compensation claims, manages caseloads through resolution, conducts legal research, drafts correspondence and memoranda, advises clients, evaluates risks, and advocates before hearing venues. The role requires independent case management, strong legal analysis, communication, ethics, and knowledge of insurance laws. It is fully remote but requires residence and practice in California, Virginia, or both Iowa and Nebraska, with travel to hearing locations.

Maintains accurate financial records through journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and transaction review. Monitors loss-sensitive insurance business, including premium and loss transactions, invoicing, collections, collateral, and adjustments. Prepares financial schedules, tax support, regulatory filings, and audit documentation. Resolves system and accounting errors, supports customers and vendors, verifies data accuracy, and recommends process improvements while maintaining confidentiality.
