Handles workers’ compensation medical-only and indemnity claims from investigation through resolution. Verifies coverage, determines compensability and causation, establishes reserves, manages medical bills and vendors, negotiates settlements, facilitates return to work, documents potential subrogation, and closes claims in compliance with applicable laws and internal standards.

Provides administrative and operational support to claims teams by handling correspondence, check printing and deposits, claim inquiries, file documentation and closure, medical bill calculations, payment processing, and file reviews. Ensures accurate, timely claim payments and compliance with workers’ compensation requirements. Requires customer service, organization, communication, data entry, analytical, and Microsoft Windows skills, along with at least two years of administrative experience.

Operates and improves secure, highly available infrastructure across RHEL, Windows, Azure, and multi-cloud environments. Responsibilities include server and network installation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, automation, middleware support, security, disaster recovery, vendor coordination, documentation, and on-call support. The role also leads technical projects, mentors junior staff, supports development environments, manages asset lifecycles, and participates in infrastructure planning and optimization.
