Build playbooks, track outcomes versus deal value drivers, manage stakeholders and a junior PM, and transition to the value creation team. Run retrospectives and surface shared-services investment priorities.

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes for consolidated entities ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance. Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, maintain AR/AP/bank/fixed asset records, calculate depreciation, and provide audit-ready documentation for internal and external audits.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementations and financial integrations (Intacct, Xero, QuickBooks), design scalable charts of accounts and multi-entity consolidations, execute audit-ready data migrations, build API/middleware integrations with systems like Bill.com, Ramp, and Brex, streamline month-end close through automation, and produce SOPs and training to enable finance teams post-implementation.

Lead month-end close and prepare complete financial statements under U.S. GAAP, including SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606), deferred revenue, and accruals. Perform variance analysis, document large balance sheet variances, partner with FP&A on budgets and forecasts, mentor junior accountants, and implement process improvements with measurable ROI across portfolio companies.

Build and run the holding companys day-to-day legal function across portfolio companies: intake and triage, contract template management, outside counsel coordination, routine commercial contract negotiation, entity governance, post-acquisition legal integration, and escalation of specialist matters.

Build and lead a centralized IT function across a holding company and portfolio. Run acquisition IT workstreams and create a Day 1-100 integration playbook. Select and operate identity and access systems, build joiner/mover/leaver processes, maintain living inventory of tools/accounts/licenses, manage MSP relationships and vendor contracts, and connect back-end systems to the cross-portfolio data platform while engaging business stakeholders.

Partner with portfolio company CEOs to own operating finance across the automotive software portfolio: forecasting, KPI reporting, scenario and operating models, cash and unit economics. Lead and support M&A diligence, acquisition and merger modeling, synergy analysis, integration planning, and post-close value creation. Produce board- and investor-quality materials and raise finance standards across the portfolio.

Source, evaluate, and lead pre-LOI investment activities for enterprise software companies. Manage sourcing infrastructure, drive due diligence and deal execution, support deal structuring and post-acquisition strategy, and help build the investment team and repeatable processes.

Lead financial and operational diligence for software/B2B SaaS acquisitions, build valuation and quality-of-earnings analyses, model unit economics and working capital, prepare Investment Committee memos, support deal negotiation and integration planning, and collaborate with finance, legal, and operations to drive investment decisions.
