Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers, track recruiting metrics, build talent pipelines, represent the company at events, ensure compliance with employment laws, support HR projects and departmental functions, and maintain confidentiality.

Manage strategic major accounts to retain and grow business by building relationships, coordinating with internal teams, preparing quotes/contracts, resolving issues, identifying opportunities, and representing Emerald at customer sites and events. Travel up to 15%.
