Manages strategic customer relationships and major accounts, supporting retention, growth, quoting, contracts, service execution, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. Coordinates with Sales, Operations, and General Managers to align expectations and deliver commitments. Identifies account opportunities, monitors industry and customer trends, maintains accurate records, supports negotiations, and represents the company at customer sites, meetings, and trade shows. Requires onsite work and up to 15% travel.

Provides administrative, clerical, and accounting support to the office and General Manager. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and reports, processing customer orders, answering calls, maintaining records, supporting invoicing and collections, tracking payments, reconciling records, managing mail, and assisting with daily office operations.
