Teams at Emerald Transformer

Provide administrative, clerical, and basic accounting support to the office and General Manager. Duties include document preparation, phone support, order processing, accounts receivable assistance, collections follow-up, mail handling, report preparation, and general office equipment operation to ensure efficient daily operations.

Manage strategic major accounts to retain and grow business by building relationships, coordinating with internal teams, preparing quotes/contracts, resolving issues, identifying opportunities, and representing Emerald at customer sites and events. Travel up to 15%.

Outside sales role focused on prospecting and developing new business within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include field visits, cold outreach, building pipelines, preparing quotes and bids, managing customer relationships with utilities, industrial and decommissioning clients, and partnering with internal teams to deliver transformer-related services. Regular travel within the territory is required.
