Teams at Emerald Transformer

Enter incoming transformers, equipment, parts, and accessories into internal databases and designated programs. Print repair unit shop cards and review customer specifications and special instructions. The role requires close collaboration with associates in a team-oriented environment, physical ability to handle up to 50 pounds, and comfort working in extreme heat and cold.

Manages daily office administration supporting plant operations, including data entry, shipping, sales orders, billing, purchase orders, vendor invoices, financial close activities, accounts receivable collections, HR paperwork, payroll approvals, training coordination, reporting, and safety and environmental initiatives. Coordinates with Accounting, Sales, Operations, HR, customers, and vendors while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Develops new business and expands customer relationships across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold outreach, networking, customer visits, pipeline management, proposals, quotes, bids, presentations, territory planning, account development, and coordinating with internal teams. The representative targets utilities, industrial customers, contractors, decommissioning clients, and other transformer-related prospects while traveling regularly to support sales growth.
