Plan and control high-volume patient transport operations, scheduling journeys, allocating suitable vehicles and crew, dispatching resources, and maintaining on-time KPI performance. Monitor real-time demand and capacity, dynamically re-plan journeys, resolve delays and operational issues, maintain accurate patient records, process bookings, and liaise with hospitals, healthcare providers, subcontractors, patients, and operational teams.

Provide administrative support for the LLR contract including onboarding new starters via Bamboo, interview scheduling, compliance record keeping, meeting note-taking, participation in audits, and general administrative duties to support the Operational Management Team.

Schedule and book patient transport (discharges, transfers, regular journeys), communicate with clinical and transport teams, handle caller enquiries, apply safeguarding, maintain policies and training, supervise junior staff when needed, and perform other duties to ensure safe, timely patient journeys.
