Ensures compliance with university policies, IRS regulations, and 1099 reporting requirements. Maintains supplier records, investigates invoice and purchase order issues, generates payment files and remittance information, monitors account balances, prepares monthly financial reports, and supports fiscal year-end closing and university accounting operations.

Provide academic counseling and degree planning to students from admission through graduation. Monitor progress, conduct advising sessions, manage ~350-400 student files, document records in university systems, perform outreach to promote retention, and liaise with faculty and campus offices to resolve academic issues.

Provides comprehensive academic advising and student support for undergraduate students from enrollment through graduation. Responsibilities include course selection, degree planning, registration assistance, degree-audit interpretation, transfer-credit guidance, academic-probation support, at-risk student outreach, progress monitoring, referrals, record maintenance, and collaboration with faculty and campus departments. The advisor also supports orientation, workshops, campus events, committees, and retention initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with university policies and accreditation requirements.

Creates and oversees prospective student communications across email, print, digital, and social channels. Develops email copy, blog posts, newsletters, articles, and other marketing content; identifies student, faculty, and alumni stories; manages communication strategies, content databases, degree-specific playbooks, and communication flows. Collaborates with enrollment marketing, digital, social media, creative services, and internal stakeholders to support enrollment initiatives.

Provide front-line, student-centered reception and administrative support for the Center for International Education. Manage inquiries, office operations, records, supplies, and basic reporting while supporting international student services, study abroad programs, and departmental communications.

Support faculty development and instructional quality for ERAU Worldwide by reviewing courses, observing teaching, designing and delivering professional learning, ensuring adherence to best practices and contractual standards, and participating in special projects to improve course management and student success.

Design, implement, administer, and support the university's enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, voice, and telecom infrastructure. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, support projects and campus deployments, coordinate cabling for construction, consult with stakeholders, document processes, and ensure high availability and compliance.

Evaluates students’ academic progress from admission through graduation, including transfer credits, course substitutions, degree audits, GPAs, transcripts, and graduation eligibility. The Instructional Designer I is responsible for producing high-quality online courses, coordinating development activities, and collaborating with various teams to innovate learning solutions.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair campus irrigation systems (controllers, valves, piping, hydraulic components). Perform preventive maintenance, modify/expand systems, maintain as-built drawings, respond to emergency repairs, support water conservation, and ensure safe operation of irrigation equipment while working outdoors and following safety procedures.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement and Major Gifts team. Ensures compliance with academic scheduling timelines while supporting accurate course delivery and a positive student experience.

Provides faculty mentoring, course reviews, instructional observations, professional development, and evidence-based teaching guidance. Researches instructional technologies and pedagogical resources, develops instructional materials, and collaborates with faculty, instructional designers, college leaders, and university departments. Evaluates instructional data and trends to support course and teaching improvements while maintaining knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, policies, and the scholarship of teaching and learning.

Provides in-person, virtual, and electronic reference services; delivers synchronous and asynchronous library instruction; develops information literacy resources and online learning objects; supports faculty liaison relationships; and collaborates on collection management, library promotion, events, and cross-departmental initiatives. The role serves residential and online students and requires regular business hours, including nights and weekends.
