Operate and improve Azure-hosted SaaS infrastructure across multiple environments. The role owns Salesforce CRM processes, establishes business development KPIs, sets activity targets, develops sourcing strategies, coaches other business development resources, and collaborates with M&A leadership to evaluate opportunities.

Own a territory of government and commercial accounts, carry a sales quota, generate outbound pipeline, acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and manage the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close. The role requires exceeding quota, executive-level communication, persuasive proposals, and experience selling enterprise document, content, or data-capture solutions. Travel is expected at 25%–40%.
