Teams at Embrace Software Inc.

Leads accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and IFRS compliance. Manages accounting teams, advises on complex revenue recognition and contract analysis, oversees post-acquisition integration and purchase accounting, and drives process improvements and system implementations. Partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and organizational financial performance.

Own product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, governance, executive reporting, AI innovation, legacy modernization, stakeholder alignment, and release readiness. Translate business objectives into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and measurable delivery outcomes. Partner with customers, engineering, UX, QA, and business leaders to prioritize initiatives, manage risks and dependencies, validate solutions, and improve enterprise SaaS workflows.

Owns the customer lifecycle for IoT deployments, including pre-sales discovery, solution design, demos, implementation, hardware configuration, API and MQTT integrations, troubleshooting, training, and post-launch technical account support. The role translates operational needs into documented solutions, analyzes deployment data, manages customer handoffs, collaborates with engineering, and supports account growth. Travel of up to 50% is required.
