Conduct market research and lead generation for M&A targets across sectors, regions, and financial profiles. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, TAM/SAM/SOM, regulatory changes, and competitor M&A activity. Manage Salesforce data, reports, dashboards, workflows, and enrichment processes. Evaluate sourcing tools, support portfolio lead generation, and present pipeline and market intelligence reports to investment managers.

Develop and architect scalable cloud-based software for an IoT asset-tracking platform. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical designs, leading complex feature development, mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, promoting engineering best practices, evaluating distributed-system trade-offs, and collaborating with product, operations, and customer success teams.

Provides first-level support for banking software through phone, email, web, and remote tools. Troubleshoots issues, configures and trains clients, documents solutions, maintains support records, and coordinates with QA, Development, and IT. The role includes customer-site installations, upgrades, occasional overnight travel, after-hours support rotation, documentation updates, and client communication. Strong customer service, technical communication, organization, networking knowledge, and familiarity with Windows are required.
