Responsibilities include CAD modeling, detail drawings, GD&T, prototype fabrication, tolerance and structural analysis, thermal assessment, testing, design-for-manufacturability, supplier collaboration, sustaining engineering, engineering change control, field failure investigation, and production support.

Drive new-business sales across the healthcare ecosystem for cold chain solutions. Own full sales cycle, deliver executive demos, build C-level relationships, forecast and exceed revenue targets, and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless customer experience.

Hands-on firmware QA role validating IoT cold-chain devices on real hardware. Execute manual regression and ship testing, reproduce and triage device issues using logs and lab tools, validate GPS and connectivity behavior, run smoke/regression test passes, and create light scripting/tooling to accelerate tests. Collaborate with firmware, hardware, backend, and operations to ensure release readiness and communicate quality status and risks to stakeholders.
