Responsibilities include architecture, microservices, APIs, databases, secure system connectivity, continuous improvement, end-to-end ownership, testing, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cross-functional collaboration, and responsible adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.

Provides first-line technical and non-technical customer support through phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, validating and investigating incidents, triaging and escalating tickets, documenting solutions, collaborating across teams, mentoring junior staff, and identifying support trends and process improvements. The role requires clear communication, strong critical thinking, effective use of ticketing and CRM tools, and consistent adherence to support procedures.

Support day-to-day supply chain operations: maintain inventory accuracy in ERP, coordinate domestic and international shipments, perform cycle counts and audits, process ERP transactions, track and resolve shipment/inventory discrepancies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist warehouse activities, and identify process improvements.
