Senior HR Business Partner for APAC & EMEA providing strategic and operational HR support: workforce planning, talent management, org design, employee relations, policy compliance, engagement, people analytics, and HR operations oversight. Partners with regional leaders and global HR to drive culture, leadership development, succession planning, and HR program adoption across multiple countries.

Support day-to-day supply chain operations: maintain inventory accuracy in ERP, coordinate domestic and international shipments, perform cycle counts and audits, process ERP transactions, track and resolve shipment/inventory discrepancies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist warehouse activities, and identify process improvements.

Manage supply and delivery of cards/media, process orders, handle vendor and customer inquiries, track projects and KPIs, compare deliveries to POs, communicate with stakeholders, and improve internal processes to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Serve as first point of contact for customers across phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot, validate, and replicate incidents, triage and escalate tickets, document resolutions, use internal tools/knowledge bases, collaborate with teams, mentor junior staff, and identify trends to improve the customer experience.

Drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts. Build relationships, deliver presentations and demos, manage pipeline in a CRM, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementations. Represent the company at events and provide market insights to leadership.
