Design, build, and own scalable, secure microservices and hybrid cloud/on-premise solutions using .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6). Lead architecture, integrations, CI/CD and TDD practices, leverage containerization (Docker), collaborate cross-functionally, and integrate agentic AI tools to accelerate development and validate AI-generated code.

Owner of global eCommerce strategy and platform performance on BigCommerce. Manages platform configuration, NetSuite integration, catalog governance, CRO programs, analytics reporting, and cross-functional enablement. Combines hands-on operational execution (order management, customer service) with strategic roadmap and stakeholder alignment.
