Coordinates executive social media strategy and content across LinkedIn and other platforms. Responsibilities include creating content calendars, writing and editing posts, ghostwriting thought leadership, coordinating podcasts and video production, researching speaking opportunities, supporting executive appearances, monitoring engagement, and reporting performance insights. The role requires strong writing, organization, discretion, social media knowledge, and collaboration with global marketing teams.

Own the global eCommerce roadmap and BigCommerce platform, including platform optimization, NetSuite integration, catalog governance, inventory coordination, CRO, analytics, budgeting, and performance reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and development vendors to execute launches, improve conversion, manage operations, and deliver stakeholder training.

Designs, develops, and operates cloud-based software solutions on AWS that integrate with on-premise systems. Responsibilities include architecture, microservices, APIs, databases, secure system connectivity, continuous improvement, end-to-end ownership, testing, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cross-functional collaboration, and responsible adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices.
