Owns PMO governance across a strategic payments portfolio, including governance forums, executive reporting, RAID and action tracking, change and document control, regulatory evidence, audit readiness, and Agile delivery support. The role maintains portfolio dashboards, coordinates dependencies and counterparties, leads selected workstreams, and supports consistent Scrum practices across squads.

Owns noqodi’s acquiring business, including strategy, P&L, pricing, margins, bank and processor relationships, scheme compliance, merchant onboarding, settlement, risk, and product development. The role leads the transition to direct acquiring and payment facilitator models, develops acquiring propositions, supports sales enablement, manages product launches, and coordinates cross-functional teams across sales, product, operations, finance, risk, and compliance.

Leads noqodi’s SME acquiring business and P&L, managing 10–11 sales executives and outsourced partners across the UAE. Owns merchant acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, targets, incentives, and partner performance. Redesigns merchant onboarding with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Product to achieve faster activation while meeting regulatory requirements. Monitors market trends, competitor pricing, merchant economics, and cross-selling opportunities across payment and business-finance products.

Manage acquisition and growth of government and free-zone accounts for noqodi’s payment services. Build pipelines, win mandates, manage tenders and proposals, coordinate onboarding and integrations, oversee go-live, resolve escalations, expand account usage, and report pipeline and account health. The role requires strong UAE government relationships, knowledge of payments and procurement, and Arabic and English communication skills.

Lead the design and delivery of production-ready Python backend services and LLM applications. Build AI agents, RAG systems, agentic workflows, integrations, and secure scalable architectures. Evaluate model quality and performance, implement testing and monitoring, lead technical design, review code, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices.

Establishes and maintains an independent internal audit function by planning and conducting audits, analyzing evidence, assessing compliance with laws and regulations, incorporating risk management into processes, preparing accurate reports, communicating findings, and recommending improvements to strengthen quality, efficiency, and organizational controls.

Manage data center operations and system administration including rack/cabling design, power and cooling management, DCIM monitoring, Windows/Linux administration, VMware virtualization, backup/storage, automation with Ansible and scripting, patching, and compliance with industry standards.

The Senior Product Owner manages the vision and execution of a product, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility while leading Agile processes.

Develop and lead the companys AI and data science strategy; manage end-to-end AI projects from conception to deployment; oversee ML, NLP, and computer vision model development; ensure data quality, model monitoring, and compliance with data privacy; evaluate tools and emerging technologies; report performance and drive optimizations across the organization.
